Ants and Grasshopper

One day in summer, in a field in a very dense forest, a grasshopper was rejoicing and singing excitedly. At the same time, a group of ants passing by carrying some food with difficulty to the nest.

 “Hey, ants! What are you doing? Come here and play and have fun with me. You should have seen, today is very sunny, “said the Grasshopper,

“Let’s have some fun? I have brought a lot of food, and I will save all this food for the winter,” said the ant,

“And I advise you to do the same as us.” Add the ant.

“Why do you guys bother preparing food for the winter? Isn’t winter still long?” Grasshopper said.

“See, you guys brought a lot of food. And I think this is too much and will not run out.” Say Grasshopper

But the Ants did not heed the Grasshopper’s invitation, and they continued their journey and continued their hard work of gathering food supplies. Meanwhile, the grasshoppers relax and return to singing and having fun.

Time passed, and when winter came, the grasshopper became confused because he had not prepared food and had no place to live. Then the moment he realized his mistake, he was instantly weak from hunger and cold.

Meanwhile, the ants who have been working hard to gather food look happy and having fun in their nests. They all could eat to their heart’s content because of their vast supply of food such as corn and grains, and others.

When the ants were singing, they heard a knocking sound from outside their nest, and when one of the ants opened the nest, it turned out that it was a grasshopper who was hungry and cold. The grasshopper begged to be allowed to live temporarily in the ants’ nest. All ants allow grasshoppers to stay temporarily in the anthill and share their food with the grasshoppers.

The grasshopper finally burst into tears and apologized to the ants because of the ants’ kindness towards him, even though he had previously acted arbitrarily towards the ants.
